Vakker Limited — Wholesale Return, Warranty & Production Policy

1. Overview

Welcome to Vakker Limited, your trusted global lighting manufacturing partner.
This policy applies exclusively to wholesale and custom B2B orders. Retail customers should refer to Vakkerlight.com for retail terms and conditions.

By placing a wholesale or custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Samples, Proofing & Production Timelines

We understand that reliability and speed are crucial for our wholesale clients.

  • Samples: Available within 24 hours for most standard models.

  • Proofing: Custom proofing or prototype confirmation completed within 7 business days after design approval.

  • Production & Shipping: Standard production lead time is within 30 days after proof approval.

  • Shipping: Global shipping available by air, sea, or express courier. Transit time depends on destination.

We provide production updates and tracking information for every order.


3. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom orders include any lighting products with modified dimensions, finishes, colors, materials, or branding.

  • All custom or bulk orders are final sale once production has started. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

  • A pre-production sample or digital proof will be sent for your final approval prior to mass production.


4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Wholesale prices are based on quantity, design complexity, and finish customization.

  • Deposit: 30–50% required to begin production.

  • Balance Payment: Due before shipment.

  • Payment Methods: T/T (wire transfer), PayPal (samples only), or other approved international payment methods.

  • Prices exclude customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Shipping & Global Logistics

  • Vakker Limited offers worldwide delivery through DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, and air freight.

  • Customers may arrange their own freight forwarders if preferred.

  • Vakker Limited is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or local taxes.

  • Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos and packaging proof.


6. 3-Year Product Warranty

All Vakker Limited products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, ensuring our commitment to quality and reliability.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing or material defects

  • Electrical failures (drivers, wiring, sockets) under normal use

  • Structural or finish issues such as severe corrosion, peeling, or deformation

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Damage due to misuse, impact, or external factors (weather, moisture, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear (bulbs, screws, mounting hardware, etc.)

Warranty Procedure:

  1. Contact our service team at support@vakkerlimited.com with your order number, photos, and issue description.

  2. We will evaluate your claim within 5 business days and confirm eligibility.

  3. Approved claims may result in a free replacement, repair, or part shipment.

If replacement parts are unavailable, an equivalent solution or credit may be offered.


7. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-made or wholesale products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

  • For standard stock (non-custom) items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to prior approval.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped prepaid by the buyer.


8. Quality Control & Inspection

  • Every light fixture undergoes 100% quality inspection before shipment, including structure, finish, and illumination testing.

  • If you find any issues upon delivery, contact us immediately with evidence so our team can assist promptly.

  • All after-sales inquiries receive a response within 5 business days.


9. Disclaimer

  • Slight color or texture variations may occur due to handcrafted materials or lighting differences.

  • Vakker Limited is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or local code incompatibility.

  • All agreements are governed by applicable international trade laws and mutual communication principles.
